Gateway to Veteran and Armed Forces Benefits and Services in DuPage County The agencies listed below are authorized to provide services, benefits, and referrals to eligible veterans; spouses and dependents of veterans, & military personnel, and they are all located on the DuPage Government Center Campus at:

The Veterans Assistance Commission (VAC) & the Illinois Department of Veteran Affairs (IDVA) are both located on the second floor at the north end of the building on the west side of the cafeteria. Community Services/Human Services/Senior Services are located on the third floor at the south end of the building. The VAC can provide financial assistance to include, but not limited to: mortgage/rent, utilities, prescriptions, VA medical transportation, burial expenses, food, and auto expenses. The IDVA assists with processing eligible veterans, spouses, and dependents with federal and state benefits and programs. Community/Human/Senior Services provides comprehensive direct and indirect services to residents of DuPage County regardless of their veteran, armed forces, or dependent status.
