DuPage/Aurora Veterans’ Center

The DuPage/Aurora Vet Center is a satellite office of the Edward Hines Veterans Administration Medical Center, and is community based outreach center established as a convenience to the veteran community living great distances from Hines VAMC. The Vet Center provides a wide variety of services to veterans, and their families in an effort to assist in the transition from military to civilian life. Services include: individual, group, marital, family, employment, military sexual trauma, and bereavement counseling; medical referrals, assistance in applying for VA benefits, alcohol/drug assessments, information and referral to community resources, outreach referrals, & community education.

Eligibility for services is open to any veteran who served in any combat zone, from any era, & received a military campaign ribbon, (ie: Vietnam, Southwest Asia, OEF/OIF, etc). And, there is no cost for the services.
